Headache IV’s: Magnesium sulfate infused slowly with normal saline. If the patient is also experiencing nausea zofran can be added.
Hangover IV: 1000cc Normal Saline with zofran and magnesium sulfate. Toradol may be added.
Both usually work by the time (or before) the IV is finished.

• Decreasing Blood Pressure
• Hydration
• Nausea
